Indoor Mineral Pool operating swim slots:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 8.30am – 9.30am
- 10.00am – 11.00am
- 11.30am – 12.30pm
- 1.30pm – 2.30pm
- 3.00pm – 4.00pm
- 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Do note that our pool is closed on Public Holidays & Eve of Public Holidays (selected).
*Rescheduling of booking is only permitted once; Please contact our Front Desk staff via WhatsApp to make the change.
1. Valid core vaccination or titer test results with a valid Leptospirosis vaccination is highly recommended (not less than 14 days & not more than 12 months)
2. Highly recommended to be on monthly tick and flea prevention.
3. Dogs are encouraged to be on leash at all times outside of the play area.Â
4. Dog must be accompanied by 1 – 2 adults during swims.
5. All prices stated are before GST.
6. For scheduled breeds (including cross breeds), kindly inform us via WhatsApp before booking.
7. Mutts & Mittens reserves the right to reject any booking.

I had a wonderful experience with Mutts and Mittens Active Joo Chiat! They took excellent care of my pet dog, Rocky, for over 10 days, and I am very happy with their service. The team genuinely shows so much love and care for the pets, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away.
They were very responsive and kept me updated regularly via WhatsApp, which I truly appreciated. I also loved that they have cameras available, so I could check in on Rocky anytime and see how he was doing. The staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.
This is the second time I’ve boarded my pet with them, and once again they did not disappoint. I will definitely continue to trust them with Rocky and highly recommend Mutts and Mittens Active to other furry pet owners looking for reliable and loving care:)

I really like the place but the attitude of a staff there is really questionable.
This is the second time we went there but the first time i booked the last hour slot 4.30pm to 5.30pm..
We stopped the swim at 5.10pm and started to shower and blowdry our dog.. but at 5.33pm the tall male staff walked over and started to look impatient and chase us off. We just want to blowdry a little bit longer and the closing time states 6pm.
We were just doing our own blowdrying ourselves i don't think we hinder them at all. Can't believe we got chased at 5.33pm. This staff cannot work OT.. few minutes also cannot. Closing time at 6 yea.. u should change ur closing time to 5.30pm.
The last time i booked earlier slot.. there's a half hour buffer before the next session.. we did not get chase away..

A very good experience for my dog's first boading. Her room's cctv was 24hours on for us to see her clearly and we were updated with her photos and videos everyday with her trying out different activities they also have a pool and i arranged one swimming session for her and the experience was great

Highly recommended place 👍🏼 Was worried if my dogs are able to adapt to pet boarding, but my worries were gone within the first hour! The staff were so thoughtful in laying out their toys, pee pad, bed and even ensuring that their area is clean.
In the 8 days that my dogs were there, I’ve never seen a moment (through their 24hr CCTV) where their kennel was soiled or dirty.
The staff provided very timely updates, and sent lots of photos and videos. This put our mind at ease. We could tell that our dogs really enjoyed their stay! Special thanks to all their staff! You all really went above and beyond 🙏

Very clean and well equipped!
The staff were friendly and attentive. One of my dogs was having a hard time adjusting to the water and they gave us a magic carpet for her to ride on.
The staff was also on top of keeping the floors dry which I appreciate.
My dogs loved it here. We will definitely be back again ❤️🔥

When I reach, the staffs was making us feel at home. Staff were also helping my dogs to go in the pool n throw toys for them. Thank Germaine for Ur service n courtesy from enter till I leave the place.

It was our first time sending our furbaby to Mutts & Mittens for boarding. We were initially anxious about leaving him for such a long period of time. But Mutts & Mittens team constantly kept us updated on our furbaby's well being along with the daily updates. They even advised us to bring some small items that may make his stay more comfortable. We were so happy to see him at the end of his stay still so happy and full of energy! Thank you to the Team at Mutts & Mittens for taking such great care of our furbaby.

I think I have boarded my fur kid at Mutts & Mittens too many times that i lost count. The staff there and my furkid know each other too well. Guess my furkid knew I would be gone for a few days again. I think there are a lot of activities you can engage your furkid with. Beside the swimming lesson, there is also the enrichment program where the staff needs to assess how your dog behave before they allow your dog to join others kids in the activities which is good thing as safety is guarantee. I would recommend Mutts & Mitten for boarding, swimming and enrichment program. They too provide service for day boarding. Do check out Mutts and mittens an alternative home for your furkid

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Mutts and Mittens Active for taking care of my two beloved dogs during their 9-day stay. The professionalism and care they showed towards my fur babies were exceptional. The facility was clean, safe, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my dogs were comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Mutts and Mittens Active to any pet owner looking for a reliable and caring place to board their pets.

This my dogs’ happiest place!! We’ve been coming to this place for years, from the time I only have one dog to two dogs. The friendly staff (I don’t see them changing staff over the years which is a good sign) remember us - they commented how my puppy have grown over the months.
I’ve been to other swim facilities and I wld say that this is the most reasonable in terms of price per visit. Massive pool, clean sitting area. Large shower and dry area. They also have staff by the pool during swim time to supervise. My dog has bad habit of stealing toys from others so they also help to make sure there’s no fight. Customer service is also very good and prompt. There’s a reason why they’re always fully booked esp weekend afternoon slot. Best time to swim wld be 330 and 445 (not too hot)

It was a nice experience first time putting my precious at this place while holiday. The staff send me pictures and update me everyday with the routine going on . The swimming session seem great with safety precaution. Thank you all for taking good care of Kobe .

This is the 2nd time board my senior dog while on holidays. Staff are friendly and daily updates on how’s your dog well being and meals are fed in times. 24 hours cctv on your finger tips to see your fur kid and environment are well clean and hygiene. I highly recommend this dog boarding service.

Very big and spacious pool. Relatively clean and has shampoo and conditioner if u forget to bring.
Need to pay 100 bucks for the swim pass. The swim pass allows 5 entries and must be used within 3 months.
I feel like they should have a per entry price for infrequent users. Overall very pleasant experience.
